How To Make… Double loop
Many techniques used in jewellery making can be accomplished with relative ease or even by accident. Unfortunately, the double loop is not one of them. To effectively learn the double loop technique, carefully follow the steps below. You will need a pair of round nose pliers and plenty of time for practice.
1 Thread the bead onto the headpin. Using your round nose pliers, create a 90° bend, and then trim the headpin, leaving approx 2cm distance from the bend.

2 Grip the pin at its end with round nose pliers and roll you wrist to make a half turn.

3 Then re-position the pliers and again turn to finsh loops.

4 Finally adjust the pin so that the loop sits directly on top of the stem.
